SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At The CMMOTA Shop, we strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship all orders via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx—whichever courier is most cost-effective for your location.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days. However, during high-volume periods or promotional events, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier selected.

  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect item selection.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Upon review, if your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement. 

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.
