If your file appears low resolution or may not produce a clean print, we will let you know at that stage so you have the opportunity to provide a higher-quality version before your order is finalized.
Turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks for creation once your order and proof approval are received. This timeframe does not include shipping. Timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen variations.
